(1) When an airport, railway, canal or any other public works or factory, commercial replacement, entertainment facility and transportation are being constructed or operated, the behavior or behavior of the persons assigned to the said factory or replacement, or the behavior of the persons coming and going there, at any time in such place, additional police If necessary, the government of Nepal will be able to deploy more police as many times as it deems necessary.
(2) In the event that additional police are deployed as per sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may issue an order to pay the expenses incurred during the deployment from the work, factory or replacement for which they have to be deployed, and the expenses must be borne from the fund of that work, factory or replacement.
(3) The Government of Nepal may delegate the powers it has acquired under this section to the Inspector General of Police, Additional Inspector General of Police, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Chief District Officer or Zonal Sub-Inspector by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
